Agreeing a job

A quote states the product, approved reference inputs, dimensions, finish, camera views, final file formats, price and delivery target. The customer must accept that scope and these terms before payment. The product must pass our suitability assessment. Published prices apply only to the stated simple-product scope.

The delivery target starts after payment and approval of the required inputs. If we cannot confidently build the requested subject, we decline it or offer a revised scope before taking payment. We do not promise accurate hidden details from photographs or an exact match to information that was not supplied.

Payment and revisions

Unless the quote says otherwise, payment is due before production. A pilot includes one consolidated revision within the agreed brief. New products, changed dimensions, extra views or new finishes require a new quote. The final quote states the total amount payable and any applicable taxes.

If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we offer a full refund. If a delivery contains a defect against the agreed brief, contact us so we can correct it. Refund timing depends on the payment provider. These terms do not restrict rights that the law does not permit us to exclude.

References and rights

You confirm that you may share the drawings, photographs, CAD files and other references, and may authorise their use for this order. Tell us about third-party ownership or confidentiality restrictions before accepting the quote. We do not use a customer's material in the public portfolio without permission.

Once paid in full, you receive permission to use the delivered images commercially for the agreed product and to edit the delivered scene. Rights in your references remain with their owners. Any third-party assets remain subject to their stated licences. We provide a file and licence inventory with the delivery.

Production and purpose

Work uses an automated AI-assisted Blender workflow and full 3D geometry. Images are marketing visualisations. They are not engineering certification, manufacturing instructions or proof of a product's safety. Physical testing and engineering validation are outside the service.

Questions and resolution

Contact hello@solidquay.com with the order reference and the issue. We first seek to resolve the issue by correcting the work or, where the scope cannot be delivered, refunding it. For UK business orders, the agreed quote specifies the governing law and venue.
