What we use

We use business contact details, enquiry messages, reference files, approved briefs, order records and payment identifiers to assess requests, deliver work, keep accounts and answer questions. Hosted payments go through Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

For relevant business introductions, we may use publicly available corporate business details and record the source. Where the law permits it, we rely on our legitimate interest in offering a relevant service. You can object to marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying. We keep a minimal suppression record so we can respect your choice.

Service providers and automation

We use service providers for website hosting, business email, payment processing and AI-assisted production. Business correspondence and submitted references may be processed by those providers, including Vercel, the configured email provider, Stripe and OpenAI. Some processing may take place outside the UK. We use applicable provider agreements and transfer safeguards, and share only the information needed for the task.

An automated agent handles routine correspondence and production. If a request needs the business owner's attention, ask by email. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential material without first agreeing how it should be handled.

How long we keep it

We retain active project files and correspondence for delivery and support, and retain accounting records for the legally required period. We review unused prospect data and delete it when it is no longer needed. Suppression records remain limited to what is needed to prevent further marketing.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use or object to direct marketing. Some records must remain for contractual or legal reasons. Contact hello@solidquay.com. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.

This website

The page does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or optional cookies. The hosting provider may record technical access logs for security and operation. Links to payment services open those providers' sites and their own privacy information applies.
